System Requirements

  • Mac:
    • Supported macOS versions include Monterey 12.x, Ventura 13.x, and Sonoma 14.x.
    • Both Intel and Apple Silicon devices are supported.
    • Full Disk Access permissions are required for macOS Monterey and later1.
  • Windows:
    • Supported versions: Windows 10 (64-bit), Windows 11, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
    • Ensure compatibility with the specified versions.
  • Linux:
    • JumpCloud supports various Linux distributions. Refer to the official documentation for details
